MCA is considered equivalent to B-tech when you are attending an IT company interview. the three year course will be useful in building strong foundation in the it knowledge base of a candidate and will help in future.

Eligibility for applying to MCA CEE Kerala entrance 2013-2014  Examination

1, Any indian citizen

2, Candidates should have studied a Degree course with minimum 3 years duration (after 10+2), with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Engineering and Technology as a Main/ Subsidiary/ Core subject at the Degree level.

3,The candidate should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their Degree examination.

4,Candidates seeking admission to the course should be qualified from any University in Kerala or from any other Universities, recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. Candidates who are appearing/have appeared for the qualifying examination this year are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination,

Details  and schedule of MCA CEE Keral entrance Exam 2013-2014

The Entrance Examination will be conducted in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode centres on 08.09.2013 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. It will be of 2 hours duration and will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions. The questions will cover topics such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, General English and Fundamentals of Computer Awareness at Graduate level.

How and when to Apply for MAC CEE 2013-2014 Entrance

Candidate should apply through the web site www.cee.kerala.gov.in the web site will open from 08.08.2013 to 20.08.2013, 5 pm. for submitting applications online.

Application Fee: For General and SEBC candidates, the application fee is Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) and for SC/ST Candidates, the application fee is Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only), fees can be payed through SBTand should use the chelan format provided.

Last date and time for receipt of print out of application for MCA entrance 2013-2014: Candidates should take printout of the online submitted application and affix a recent passport-size photograph identical to the one uploaded, and  it should be attested by a Gazetted Officer. This application along with the required documents should be forwarded to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, 5th Floor, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001 in A4 size envelope, either by registered post/ speed post/ hand delivery so as to reach the office before 5 pm on 21.08.2013. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed “APPLICATION FOR MCA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2013”.

How to Get Admit cards/ Hall ticket of MCA CEE entrance examination 2013-2014

The candidates registered online successfully after payment of the application fees for the examination can download their ADMIT CARDS/ Hall ticket for the exam from the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 30.08.2013 onwards.
