HSE-Introduction of ‘Public Entrance Coaching Scheme’-Selection of
academic faculty -application invited from HSSTs - reg. Kerala Higher secondary education

Taking cognizance of the reality that a lot of brilliant students hailing from
financially weak families find it difficult to make their way into the rank list of the
Entrance Examination to professional courses merely for want of proper coaching and
guidance, the Government of kerala has decided to launch a novel scheme titled “Public Entrance
Coaching Scheme” to extend a helping hand to these underprivileged students to fulfill
their ambition.

As per this scheme the students will be imparted entrance coaching through
virtual classes with the aid of the ‘Victers’ Channel, owned and operated by the
IT@ School Project. All the topics for the examination will be discussed threadbare to
equip the aspirants to appear for the examination with confidence.

The faculty for handling classes will be selected from experienced HSSTs and
College teachers, who have in-depth knowledge in the subjects concerned. They will be
paid a suitable remuneration for working in the project.

Interested HSSTs in the subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and
Mathematics shall apply in the prescribed pro-forma (appended) for selection to the
faculty. The number of teachers required in each subject is as follows.

1. Physics -8 (Eight only)
2. Chemistry -8 (Eight only)
3. Mathematics -8 (Eight only)
4. Botany -4 (Four only) and
5. Zoology -4 (Four only).

The filled in application, duly recommended by the Principal, shall reach the
undersigned on or before 5 p.m. on December 31st, 2012.
