1. Name and No. of Posts

Shift Superintendent - Two (2 )
2. Qualification and Experience
a) BTech/ BE in Chemical Engineering from UGC recognized University with
minimum 60% marks in aggregate of all the years/semesters. Only full time
regular courses will be considered.
b) Minimum experience of five years in executive cadre holding independent
charge of shift in a Pulp mill of a large integrated Paper Mill having production
capacity of minimum 300 tonnes per day.
Candidates shall be conversant with pulp manufacturing process from wood by
chemi-mechanical pulping process and also pulp manufacturing process from
wood /Bamboo and Reed by chemical pulping process.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience of operation of Raffinators,
Digesters, Pulp-Washers and Bleaching .
Experience of working in Chemi –Mechanical Pulp Plant will be given preference.

3. Age Limit
: Between 30 to 42 years as on 1st November, 2012.
4. Remuneration:
The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 20600- 3% - 46500
with an Industrial DA of 67.3 % as on date.
Besides Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), Company accommodation
or HRA, Leave Encashment, Leave Travel Concession, Medical facilities,
Reimbursement of conveyance expenses, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity,
Performance Related Variable Pay (PRVP), etc. will be admissible as per
Company rules in force from time to time.

reach on or before 5th January 2013.
