KBF, Karunya Benevolent Fund Kerala Requires Liaison officers for all districts.
Karunya Benevolent fund is a flagship programme of Govt. of Kerala for providing financialassistance to poor patients requiring major surgeries/treatments. Applications are invited
from young persons who have attitude to serve the poor and downtrodden to work as
Liaison Officers in all districts of Kerala. The candidates possessing the following
qualifications may please send their applications (soft copy) through e-mail along with

undersigned on or before 31-12-2012.
Qualification MBA or MSW from a recognized University
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in the field of health care/social welfare
projects or other similar projects of State/Central Governments. In
the absence of qualified candidates, the experience in reputed NGOs
in the field of health care, social welfare projects and other similar
projects will be considered.
Age Not more than 35 yrs (as on 01-01-2013)
Remuneration Rs.17,500/- per month
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The job requirement involves liaisoning between District Lottery Office, Hospitals,
Collectorate and other related offices/ institutions for the effective implementation of
the Karunya Benevolent fund scheme.
2. The candidates will have to travel throughout the districts, candidates who are
possessing own two wheelers will be given grace marks in the interview.
3. The journeys inside the district Travelling expenses at actuals will be reimbursed.
The selected candidates will be stationed at District Lottery Office of the district
concerned. If required they will have to travel outside the districts for conferences
for which travel expenses at actuals and allowable DA will be provided.
4. The candidate have studie in the Post Graduate Degree in regular stream only need
to apply.
5. The documents in original has to be submitted at the time of interview.
6. The selected candidates will be paid Rs. 12,000 per month as consolidated payments
initially for three months which shall be raised to Rs.17,500 based on performance.
7. Successful candidates will have to sign a contract with Administrator, Karunya
Benevolent Fund.
8. In case of large number of applications written test and other screening methods
will be adopted so as to reduce the number of candidates appearing for interview.
9. Computer proficiency is essential.
